Hello Autumn!

Well, here it comes – I had my first night run of the season last night, all head-torch and tree-roots. I saw the three deer, first time since winter, having a lie-down at the bottom end of the woods.

The moon was out and I ran a chunk by moonlight – definitely something worth a go.

This is why we run the woods. Bring on the dark.

Good to see you back – I’ve been worried

I was thinking of you on Friday night when driving to preston ( with reference to previous posts on the doldrums). I was listening to admiral fallow (they are in my top 3 fav bands) and one of their songs is about being in the doldrums. But how we have the hold the power to change things (or that is my take on things)

And I think it is a beautiful song. It’s on spotify and YouTube and all the sites the trendy youngsters use

It’s called holding the strings J

    • Will have a look!

Figured that I’m knackered if I do stuff and I’m knackered if I don’t, so I might as well plod the trails and at least it gives me a spot of awe and wonder, eh?
